Why Our Products?

Our exterior rope doormats are handcrafted from UV-grade marine fishing rope, used in the crabbing and fishing industry on the west coast of British Columbia. This durable material withstands the toughest of conditions whereby continuing to last for years until replacement. 

The idea behind Deep Cove doormats is to produce a product that can withstand all elements of our west coast weather. Too often, inexpensive doormats are purchased having to shortly replace them year after year. Although reasonable these doormats more often the not create more of a mess than initially presented. Our doormats can be power washed or hosed, fully salted in the winter, and will last you years to come. 

All of our fishing rope is UV-stabilized to prevent shrinkage and fading. As a material that is used to water, it will not absorb moisture allowing it is be mold and mildew resistant.
